The Bible tells us that through our faith in Christ we can move mountains. Our faith is like a muscle and we need to exercise it to get it to top shape. Exercise is the act of bringing into play or realizing in action, to train by drills and maneuvers, to make effective in action: USE, to use repeatedly in order to strengthen or develop. In Matthew, Jesus said, "Hear these words of mine and put them into practice!" Exercise Physiologist, Alex Lawrence explains the timeline of changes on us.
