Courage To Live For Christ

John 15 speaks to abiding in Jesus Christ.   John 15:7 stresses the "if." IF you abide in me… IF my words abide in you…  How do we “abide?  By staying in a constant relationship with Jesus Christ. The “Call” is the voice of God speaking directly to us. We are each called to be something. We are selected. We are chosen. Remember, the opposite of courage is apathy. Doing nothing. “When Christ calls a man, he bids him come and die.” Purpose of God’s call is to know him, believe him, and obey him. “Courage is what God thinks of you. Fear is what others think of you.” Abiding in Christ, and the courage to answer the call is just beginning. Have courage… we are all called… to do what? God has called those that he loves.
